The Lumen Process​

Amy Siegrist, PhD

Life is full of complex situations and competing demands. I created The Lumen Process to help us cut through everyday distractions and construct new frameworks that guide work,

life and ways of being with focus, intention and follow-through.

Melding training and experience in human development,

Taijiquan and corporate strategy I partner with you to clear cluttered thinking using structured analysis and create a felt sense of calm and ease through breath and movement.

 

The Lumen Process uses mind mapping, breathwork, movement and other techniques to:

  • Clarify and commit to your vision for work and life 

  • Organize thinking, details and experience

  • Process major decisions and transitions

  • Structure plans with actionable steps

  • Settle the nervous system and nurture the body

  • Create calm and well-being through a positive, solution-oriented lens

Every individual and group is unique. This approach is customized to your aims and may emphasize different elements:

  • Thought partnering & mind mapping focus (intellectual frameworks & analysis)

  • Breath & movement focus (physiological frameworks & practice)

  • A combination (integrated approach)   

The Lumen Process & my approach are informed by my educational and professional experience as well as by countless collaborations with mentors, teachers, colleagues, friends and community members.
